Just letting you guys know this isn't my recipe, but I've used it before and the pancakes are really good. Ingredients- 1 3/4 cup of milk - 2 eggs - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence - 2 cups of self-raising flour - 1/3 cup of caster sugar Method:1. Whisk the eggs, milk and vanilla essence in a seperate bowl 2. Place the flour and cater sugar in another bowl, and combine 3. Make a well in the centre of the dry mix 4. Pour the wet mix into the mix, then combine 5. Then using a frying pan, cook your perfect pancakes! Hope you guys liked this post, even though it's a bit short, but these pancakes are really delicious!

Sorry I didn't post last week, but this long weekend I will be doing two posts, one today and one on Monday, so look forward to that. What you are going to need: - Brownie box mix or recipe - 1 cup of icing sugar - 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder - 40g of butter - 1 tablespoon of milk Step 1First you want to make your brownies. I used a box mix, but you can use your own recipe if you want. Step 2Place the icing sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk together and combine them using an electric mixing. Once they are combined mix on medium for 2 minutes. Step 3Make sure to not cut up your brownies into squares. After they have cooled take them out of your tray and put them on a chopping board. Then cut out circles of brownies and put them on a plate. Make sure you leave a bit for later on. Step 4Once you have cut out all your circles, put icing on top of them all. Step 5Now cut out some triangles from the remainder of the brownies, and stick them on the tops of the brownies. Then use some sprinkles to make the eyes of the bunnies. And you're done! This recipe makes 12 small cupcakes. Also this recipe was originally a cake recipe, but I made a few changes to it, so it could be made into cupcakes. What you are going to need: |
