This is a post originally meant to go up in September last year, but I just finished it today, so enjoy! Day 1Today we flew to Hobart. We left home at about 11:30 am and made our way to the airport. Our flight was at 2:00 pm, so we left early to make sure we got there on time. Sadly, there had been an accident while we were on our way, making us get there later than expected. Once we got to the airport, the self check in machine said we couldn't check in, so we went to the counter to be checked in. After that we rushed through security and to the plane, as we were boarding. We got there just in time. Once we got on the plane, I was feeling a bit anxious about our flight and taking off. After we took off and were in the air, I felt calm and safe. Taking off is the worst part. We had a very smooth flight, with a great landing. Once we made it to Hobart, I was a bit hungry, as I didn't get time to have lunch before getting on the plane. So on the way to Cathy and Collin's we got some sushi. Once we got to Cathy and Collin's house we had dinner pretty soon after. We had a variety of meat and vegetables which was very yummy. For dessert we had lemon cheesecake, which I'm not the biggest fan of, but everyone else loved it. After dinner me and Lucienne went to bed as we were very tired from travelling. I watched a few episodes of pokemon, then I went to sleep. Day 2Today we went to the Salamanca Markets. I got up at about 9:30 and had breakfast. I had 2 pikelets with honey. After breakfast we got ready to go out to the markets. Once we got there we started looking at all the markets. There were so many markets, they went all the way down from the road to the sea. We looked around for a while, and bought a few things as we went. I got a potato scallop stick with garlic butter, which was really good. We also bought some fudge and honey, so that will be good to eat later. There was a lot of good food at the markets, but sadly I couldn't buy it all. I also found a Star Wars movie poster from The Return of The Jedi, so I bought that. After looking around the markets a bit more, we decided to go have some lunch. We went to this place called Frogmouth, which is a winery as well as a restaurant. Me and my mum shared the eye fillet steak and the sashimi. It was really good! We also got dessert, which was some assorted lemon things. After we finished eating, we went to a chocolate place, and I got a chocolate bear. Lucienne bought a jar of caramel sauce. After that we went to a winery, and everyone else tried some wine. Me and Lucienne went outside to look at the view and take some photos. Outside there were some peasant, and they were pretty cute. The view was really beautiful. After everyone finished tasting the wine, we went back to Cathy and Collin's house. We didn't do much, and then went out to dinner at 8:00 at a casino. I got a lamb rump, which was really good. After dinner we went outside for a little bit and walked around the restaurant back to the front. The view was really nice. After we got back from dinner, me and Lucienne went to bed. Day 3Today we went to the Mona Gallery. We got up at around 10:30 and had breakfast. We had bacon and eggs, which was really yummy. Then we got ready to go out to the gallery. Once we were ready, we set off for the gallery. It was a really beautiful place, with a great view of the city. Outside there were sculptures, a trampoline and bean bags. We had a look around at the sculptures, then went into the gallery. Once we got inside we went down a spiral staircase to the beginning of the exhibit. We were given an iPod with descriptions of the artworks on it to use as we walked around. I liked a lot of the artworks in the gallery, including one called "The Artefact" by Gregory Barsamian, "Fall" by Julius Popp and "Fat Car" by Erwin Wurm. There were some weird ones as well, but they made it more interesting. We looked around the gallery for a while, and saw the Cloaca Machine in action. It smelt really bad. We also went into a room full of flashing lights and loud sounds, which was pretty cool. The art was made from the sounds and vibrations. There was also a creepy binary code mini maze sort of thing, that had heaps of binary code on the walls and creepy words. It also had creepy music playing in the background and was quite dark. It was creepy, but cool. After looking in the gallery, we went back outside to wait for everyone else. We went back to one of the sculptures and sat down for a while. The granite chairs were surprisingly comfy. My dad was having a nap, so we decided to take a few photos of him. After that, we went back to the beanbags and lay down for a while. We also got some drinks and a snack to keep us going, as we didn't have lunch. We lay there for a while and it was very relaxing. After that we decided it was time to go back, and we started making our way home. Near our car was another sculpture of a car crashed into some concrete, so we thought that was quite funny. Once we got home, I played Pokemon for a bit, and then we went out for a walk with Sammy. The park we went to had a playground, so me and Lucienne tried playing on the equipment, but we were too big for it. There was even a flying fox, but my feet touched the ground the whole way, so that was disappointing. Then we headed back, and got ready to go out for dinner at Brunswick Pub. For dinner I had a chicken parmi with various meat and barbeque sauce. It was really good. I also played Pokemon Go for a bit, and caught a few good Pokemon. Then we went home and had Pavlova for dessert, which was really yummy. I was also patting all the animals, Lizzie and Larry (the cats) and Sammy (the dog) After that, me and Lucienne decided to go to bed, as we were quite tired. Day 4Today we left Cathy and Colin’s, and headed to Bruny Island. We got up at around 9 and had breakfast. I had two pikelets with honey. Then I had a shower and packed up my suitcase. After we were all ready to go, we headed down to the shops to get a few things before we left. After that, we said goodbye to everyone and left for Bruny. We then stopped at another set of shops, and we got a few more things. I got a Pokémon Go book, which has tips and tricks to playing the game. We then made our way to the ferry that would take us to Bruny Island. Once we got there we had time for lunch, I had fish and chips. There was also a Pokémon gym close by, so me and Lucienne got it a few times and put really bad Pokémon on it. After lunch we got on the ferry, which was a two-storey car ferry. It was pretty cool. Once we got on it only took about 20 minutes to get to the other side, and some of that was waiting for cars to get on and off. It took another hour to get to the house, and we had to stop on the way to get the key. The house had a very long drive way to get to it, but that was okay. My room has a queen sized bed which I am very happy about, as I only have a single at home. I also got a nice wardrobe which was good. The house is also very private, as there aren’t any houses near it. After we got there me and Lucienne made a funny dance routine to one of the songs, which was fun. Before dinner, we played a bit of scrabble, which I wasn’t very good at. It was still fun though. For dinner we had pork belly and vegetables, which was really yummy. We then played a bit of Australian monopoly, but it wasn’t very fun, so we stopped playing. We then decided to watch Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix. Lucienne and mummy both went to bed, so it was just me and daddy. About 10 minutes in though, he fell asleep. So it was just me. By the time it finished it was about 12 am, so I decided to get ready for bed. I played a bit of Pokémon first, and got another gym badge. By the time I’d done that it was 1, so I thought I should go to sleep. Day 5Today we went to explore the island. When I woke up it was about 9, and the sun was shining through my blinds. I then got up to have breakfast, which was bacon and eggs. We then got ready to go out, and I played some more Pokémon. We then set off to Adventure Bay to try and see the Albino Wallabies. The beach was really beautiful and the water was really clear. Once we got there, we went on a little bush walk to where they would be. We then realised that you could only see them at dusk during feeding time. It was about 2 at that point, so we just went back to the beach. Me and Lucienne tried to skip some rocks, but failed. We also found some hard, black seaweed, which was interesting. Once we were back on the beach, I decided to have a paddle in the water, as it looked so nice. It was really cold and my feet felt numb, but it was worth it. I could honestly say it was the most beautiful beach I have seen. After walking down the beach, we left to go get some more supplies. We stopped off at a chocolate shop, where we bought a rocky road, fudge and chocolate animals. We also didn’t have lunch, so we stopped off somewhere else and we got hot chips. We got a small, but it was really massive. Then we headed back to the house. Before we had dinner, me, Lucienne and mummy played a game called buggo, which was really funny. To play there were tiles with 1,2 or 3 bugs on them and cards with an amount of bugs you had to find. So if you got a 3 then you had to find 3 bugs. But if you found buggo, a spider, then you have to put a tile back. For dinner we had steak and vegetables. It was really good. The steak was a great piece of meat, so it cooked well. After dinner we played some more scrabble where I sadly came third out of four. We then decided to watch Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead mans chest. Everyone either went to bed or fell asleep again. But it was quite funny. After the movie finished it was about 11:30, so I decided to go to bed. Day 6Today we went to the Bruny Lighthouse and the beach. We also tried to see penguins. For breakfast I had bacon and eggs, which was really good. We then started to make our way to the lighthouse. On the way we stopped at a viewing point to have a look at the view. It was very nice. When we were in the car we also saw a wedge tailed eagle! We then kept going until we made it to the lighthouse. It was very pretty, and we had to walk up some stairs to get to the great view. There weren't any tours on which was a shame, but it was still really nice. Once we got to the top, the view was really nice. You could see all around the top of the mountain, and all the cliffs around it as well. The water was a really nice blue colour, and it was great. There were little paths on the side of the lighthouse, so we walked down those. There were a lot of bumble bees around, and they were really big. But they were very cute. After looking around for a while, we decided to head down to a beach. When we got to the beach I took my shoes off straight away and got into the water. It was pretty cold at first, but I got used to it. The water was also really beautiful and clear, which made me want to swim in it more. But I didn't pack any swimmers of course. After paddling for a bit, me and Lucienne decided to see who could make the biggest sand ball. The procedure to make one is very easy, get some wet sand and form a ball. Then go to the dry sand and completely cover the wet sand so it goes hard. Get more wet sand and build up on the ball. Put more dry sand on it, and then repeat these steps until it gets as big as you want. Then we throw it into the sea. We then decided to make a sandman using this method. Mummy found a few things on the beach to decorate it as me and Lucienne made the body. We ended up making two sandmen and they turned out pretty good. After we finished up with that, we went back to the house and got changed. We then had steak sandwiches for lunch, using the leftover steak from the night before. After we finished lunch we went to got see the penguins. It was a little bit before sunset when we got there. There was a massive stair way up the hill to a viewing area, so we went up there first. It was really nice up there, and it was even better as the sun was setting. We then went back down to the penguin viewing area, and waited hoping the penguins would come out. It started getting very cold and dark, and sadly there were no penguins in sight. But I did see a LOT of bats. Every second one would fly over us. I thought that was still pretty cool. We then decided it was too cold, and people had said the penguins probably weren't coming, so we headed to dinner. We went to the Bruny Pub for dinner, which was pretty good. I got calamari and chips, and it was massive. I didn't get to finish it all because it was so big. After dinner we went back home. I packed my bag and organised my clothes for the next day. After that we watched some TV, including the Paul Hogan show, which was interesting. After watching that we decided to go to bed. Day 7Today we flew back to Sydney and went shopping. In the morning we got up at about 8 so we would be ready to leave by 10. We had toast for breakfast and I had honey on mine. We packed up all our things and by the time we were ready it was about 9:30 so we would have time to get the 10:30 ferry back to Hobart. Once we got in the car the trip took about an hour to get to the ferry, and then we got on. We were at the top again so that was good. Even though it was cloudy and windy, there was still a nice view from the ferry. Once we got back to Hobart we had a lot of time before our flight, which was at four thirty. So we decided to go to Salamanca and look at the shops around there. I bought a crocodile pen in this big toy store, which I thought was pretty cool. For lunch I had a pulled pork burger and chips. It was really good. After lunch we went to look at more shops, and we met up with Cathy for a bit as well. I got some high waisted denim shorts. By the time we were finished it was time to go to the airport. The airport is very small so it was quick to get through security and check in. We didn't have to wait too long until the plane was there, so that was good. I wasn't as anxious as last time which was good, as the last flight had been really good. This flight wasn't that great because of takeoff. It was quite windy, so the plane bumped a bit as we were going up. The landing was really good though and I was relieved and happy to be home.

I made this recently for a friends birthday, so I thought I would share with you guys how I made it! What you are going to need- a notebook - black paint - sticker paper which you can print on - a computer and printer - scissors Step 1First paint your chosen notebook any colour you want. I chose black because it wouldn't distract the person from the stickers. While you wait for it to dry, you can start the other steps. Step 2Find photos that you would like to put on your notebook. Since this was for a friend, I chose her favourite tv shows, music and youtubers. Step 3Once you have chosen all your pictures, size them appropriately. I chose to do them as contact size which you select as you print, or you could size each one to however big or small you want. Then print them out onto the sticker paper, following the instructions for your particular sort. Step 4After you have printed them, start cutting out each one. If they are weirdly shaped then use an x-acto knife (if you have one) for more precision. Mine weren't too bad, so I just used scissors. After cutting them out, don't stick them straight onto the notebook. Position each one so you can see if it looks good. Step 5Stick each one down on the notebook and you're done! Hope you guys enjoyed this post! This is a really easy DIY which looks very effective, and it a great gift. You can customise this so it fits the person you are giving it to.
Last Monday I got to go to The Amazing Tour Is Not On Fire, where I met Dan (Danisnotonfire) and Phil (AmazingPhil). I also got to see there show after wards. If any of you didn't know, Dan and Phil are youtubers that have been making videos for a while now. They are my favourite youtubers! Meet and GreetWe got there at about 4:00, where we would be waiting to meet Dan and Phil. When they walked in everyone screamed and got really excited! I did as well obviously. After they came in, they went behind a screen where they would be meeting each of us. There were about 200 people there, so it would be taking a while. In the line we were about 3/4 to the front, so we would have to wait a while. While we waited, Dan and Phil had made a playlist that was made for the show, and it was playing. Some of the best songs from it were the Pokemon theme song, Allstar from Shrek and Tear in my heart by Twenty One Pilots. They also had a few from High School Musical. We waited about an hour and a half before we got to meet them. It was fun and everyone was so excited. I gave them two drawings, one each, of there favourite Pokemon, Arceus and Growlithe. I didn't actually get to see them get them, as they were put in a box to give to them later. But I hope they liked them. Anyway when we finally got to go in to meet them, I went last out of the four of us. My first impression of them was that they are so tall! I wasn't expecting them to be so tall, even though I knew they were. I gave Dan the most awkward hug, and Phil a less awkward one. But that's okay. Then they signed my book, and asked me how my day was. I couldn't stop smiling. We then took the photo, they thanked me for coming and supporting them, then I sadly had to go. Even though I only got to meet them for a short time, I still had a great time. They are just really genuine, nice people, who want to make others happy. I also really liked their accents. After we met them we went down to the merch store and I bought a sweatshirt. We also got a merch bag with the meet and greet ticket, and it had a poster, wristband and flower crown inside, as well as the bag it was all in. The ShowAfter standing up for an hour and a half with no dinner, we finally got to go in to the show. We also weren't allowed to take any photos or videos of the actual show, so I just have photos of the start and end. The flower crowns we are wearing in the picture are the ones we got in the merch bag. Anyway, I won't spoil the show too much for anyone who hasn't seen it, but I will tell you my favourite parts. The whole theme of the show had a really great message in it, to be yourself and have fun. I really liked how it all had a story, as well as including things from their book and youtube channels, like The Youtube Support Group and Why I Was A Weird Kid. At the very end Dan and Phil sing a song, and it was so cute! They have really good voices as well, so I was surprised. The whole show was just very nice and I loved it! Overall I had a great time and I hope you guys liked this post! (idea inspired by Lilly S)

Minecraft Creeper Anatomy Vinyl FigureI got this for $23, down from $58, so I think it was a pretty good deal. Navy Blue T-ShirtI got this from Factorie, in a 2 for $20 deal, so I would have saved $10 in total for both shirts. The second one is pictured below. Navy and White Striped T-ShirtThis is the other shirt I got from Factorie in the 2 for $20 deal. This is a scoop neck shirt, unlike the other one which is a v neck. Black SneakersThese are from Payless Shoes for $30, and they are really comfortable. Photo Booth PhotoThis isn't really a purchase, but I wanted to share it because it was fun. It cost $6 from a photo booth, and we all paid a dollar or so to pay for it. Navy Blue SweatshirtI got this from H and M for $15, and it is really comfortable! As you can tell, I like the colour navy... Egg Ball BiscuitsI got these from Daiso for $2, and they ended up not tasting that great. They tasted good at first, but the after taste was really gross. But they were only $2, so it's okay. What you are going to need:- A spare notebook - Some recipes (in a magazine, ones you have made up yourself) - Scissors - Glue - Paper (If you want to make a label for the front) Step 1Make a label for the front of your book. I cut out some paper and decorated it with stickers and wrote a title on it. Step 2Find a recipe you want to put in, I used one from a magazine, and cut it out. Step 3Glue in the pieces you cut out of the magazine into your book. Step 4Repeat these steps until you have filled your book/run out of recipes to add. You can always add more in later if you haven't filled up your book. And then you're done! Hope you guys enjoy this post, and look forward to another one next Monday and Saturday!LookAs you can see on this phone screen, Pokemon Go has a very nice look to it. It is colourful, well animated, and all the gyms and Pokestops are very clear. The Pokemon are made very well, and look really cute as well. Overall I give it a 10/10, as I think they did this very well. GameplayPokemon Go is very easy to play, all you have to do is walk around your neighbourhood and collect Pokemon. When you see a Pokemon you tap it and then you can catch it. You can also stop at Pokestops to get eggs and more pokeballs. The only bad thing is that you can only know when Pokemon are nearby when you're in the app. They add push notifications, so you know when Pokemon are nearby. Other than that the game is really fun and simple to play. Overall I give it an 8/10 StorylineThe storyline of the game is to catch them all, like the DS versions, but also to fight in gym battles. You level up, and you catch higher level Pokemon. There isn't much of a storyline, only at the beginning when Professor Willow tells you to catch them all and fill up your Pokedex. The lack of storyline doesn't make the game any worse though, so I won't be taking any points away for it. Overall I give it a 6/10 Overall Pokemon Go is a great game that is really fun and easy to play. I give it an overall score of 9/10, as there still could be a few improvements made, like the push notifications.
1. 1983 by Neon Trees and Something that I want by Grace Potter2. Nivea Pure Invisible DeodorantI only got this deodorant this month, but so far it is really good. It's antiperspirant, so it's good for a lot of things, like school and sport. I highly recommend it! You can get it from Coles for $7.25 3. Fake ConverseThese have been my go to shoes this month, and I wore them to many things, like camp and when I went to the Blue Mountains. They were very cheap, at $10 from Kmart. So if you need some cheap, comfy shoes, I recommend these. 4. Bonds SweatpantsI have been loving these pants this month, and I have been wearing them a lot. They are comfy, warm and don't look too bad. I could probably wear these out, without judgement. I got these from Bonds for a sale price of $5 5. Pokemon Omega RubyEven though I have already finished the story line part of the game, I have recently started playing it again. I am trying to catch all the Pokemon, and so far it's been really fun! 6. Bagel Bites SnackI have eaten these almost every day this month, as they are really yummy and good for taking to school. They come in little snack packs, so they are easy and quick to eat. 7. EOS Lip balm in BlueberryI have been using this a lot this month, as it is very good for moisturising your lips. I highly recommend it! You can get this from Amazon for $5 8. House Husbands TV ShowI recently finished watching this series, and I really enjoyed it. They have four seasons, with a fifth one on the way this year, so there is a lot to watch. Each episode is 40 minutes long, and there is usually 13 episodes each season, except for the fourth season, which has ten. It is a comedy drama, with some romance mixed in as well. It is about husbands looking after the kids instead of the wives, so it just shows you what happens when the dads are in charge. It is also an Australian show. You can watch it on Stan. 1. Play your favourite gameDay 1We arrived at school at about 8:30 am and got our names marked off before we got on the buses at about 9:15. It was about an hour and a half drive to Myuna Bay, so it wasn't very far away. When we got there we got to go to our cabins and ours was in Mcgregor lodge. We set up our beds and unpacked a bit of our stuff, then we headed up to the dining hall for lunch. At this camp, every group had to do a duty for at least one meal. My group, the starfish, got dinner on the second night, which was lucky, as we only got one duty. For duties , you either served, washed up or cleaned the dining hall. For lunch we had a crumbed chicken burger, which was surprisingly good. After lunch we got free time before our first activity, so we played some basketball and volleyball. We also had a look around the area, and went down to the lake. My first activity was the flying fox, so after our free time, I went down to that. I was in a group with Lilly, Chloe and Ailish, so that was very good. As you can see in one of the photos below, to get up to the flying fox, you had to climb a caged ladder. I ended up not climbing the ladder, but instead getting up another ladder, and getting pulled up and let go. I did the flying fox, but not completely. Lilly did the same, but then she went on the real thing. We also saw a cute cat nearby so we went and patted it. Since we finished a bit early, our leader thought it would be fun for us to play mini golf. Me and Chloe did the whole course, and even though we weren't very good, it was very fun. After we finished that, we had more free time, so we played some more volleyball. After free time ended it was time for dinner. We had teriyaki beef, which was quite good, and chocolate mousse, which wasn't the best. The food still was not too bad, and I ate most of it. After dinner we had some night activities. They were quite entertaining, even though we were all very tired. My favourite one was called ants and hornets. The teachers were hornets, so they had small pieces of pool noodles and the goal for them was to tip us with the noodles. If we got tipped we had to lie of the ground with our arms and legs facing upwards, so that four people could grab one of our limbs and carry us to an ant hospital (mats in each corner). What I liked most about it was that when me, Faith and Chloe were all trying to save someone, we all got tipped, and then we were just laughing so much as we lay on the floor, waiting for someone to pick us up. After night activities, we went back to the cabins. Chloe braided Faith's hair for the first time, and it turned out looking quite good. In the cabin across from the bunkbeds, were two windows. Faith's window wasn't closing, so she had to stuff a pillow and some clothes into it, so the cold air wouldn't come in. We were talking and eating chocolate for a while, and then we realised it was ten minutes to lights out, so we all had to get ready for bed before it got to ten thirty. We went to bed at about eleven, but didn't go to sleep for at least another hour. Faith, Chloe and Grace had all gone to sleep, so it was just me, Lucienne and Isabella talking for a while. We were all really tired, so then we decided to go to sleep. Day 2We woke up at about 7:15, but I didn't get out of bed until 7:30. Breakfast was at 7:45, so I didn't have too long to get ready. For breakfast we had bacon and egg sandwiches, which were very yummy. We then got some more free time, and we decided to play some soccer, which was quite fun. Me and Isabella were on a team, and Ailish and Bonnie were on the other. I left my phone with Chloe and Faith, so they obviously spammed it, but that's okay because now I have photos of us playing soccer. And a funny photo of Faith. 😂 After free time, my group went kayaking. It was probably my favourite activity, but sadly I didn't bring my phone, so I didn't get any photos. Ailish got a photo of the kayaks, so I am putting it in here. When we went kayaking, we went down the lake, and went under a bridge and pipe, and me and Chloe almost bumped into a few things, but we eventually made it to the shore. When we reached the shore, we walked down to an area where turtles and stingrays were, so we could hopefully see some. When we got there, we sat down for a bit, and saw some turtles swimming by, and saw a stingray jump out of the water, as well as it swimming past us, so we saw the side of it. It was really cool. After a little while of looking, we got back into our kayaks and moved to another area, where we net fished. I found a sea slug and some fish. Some people also found very small cuttlefish, that were pretty cute. We then went back to the camp area, and put the kayaks away. By the time we got back, there were only twenty minutes to lunch, and me and Chloe both had to shower. Faith and Grace would have had to shower as well, but they didn't have time, as they had lunch duty for that day. When Chloe had finished in the bathroom, there were only 5 minutes until we had to go to lunch, so I had to quickly shower and change to make it there in time. For lunch that day we had ham sandwiches. After lunch we had more free time, so we decided to play a bit of volleyball. After a little while we went back to the cabins, as we were quite tired. After free time we went to our next activity, which was the high ropes. I was going to do it, I had my harness on and everything, but I backed out at the last minute. I am very scared of heights. But Chloe, Ailish and Lilly all did it, so I watched them instead. Chloe and Lilly did the basic course and Ailish did the medium course. After the high ropes we went back to the cabins for some more free time, but this time we decided to stay in the cabin, as we were tired. 20 minutes before dinner, me, Chloe, Ailish and Lilly went to go do our duties. Ailish served, and me Chloe and Lilly washed up. Since we were washing up, we got to eat our dinner first, which was chicken schnitzel with chips, and it was very good. For dessert we had ice cream with chocolate sauce. After we finished, we started to put trays out for plates, cutlery and cups. After each tray filled up, we put them into a washing up machine, and then we put the clean things away. After dinner, we played some trivia. It was quite fun, but everyone was getting a bit tired by this point. After we hd answered a set of questions, one person from each group had to got up and do a challenge. Ailish had to eat a spoonful of vegemite, and Faith had to do a wall sit. After we did that for a bit, we had a disco. The music was very loud, and I was ready to go to bed. I was glad that it didn't last very long, as I was very tired and everyone else was as well. When we got back to the cabins, we finished off our food, and then we went to bed. I went to sleep at about 11:30, and so did Lucienne and Isabella. Day 3Sadly this was the last day of camp :( Lucienne and Isabella had breakfast duty in the morning, so they had to get up extra early. We found out that we had to have everything packed before breakfast, so we all quickly packed up our stuff, and we were a little late to breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, sausage sandwiches and hash browns for breakfast, which were good. After breakfast, we didn't get any free time, as we had to go back and clean up our room. After that we went to our last activity, which for me was fishing.
We walked down to an area near where we saw the turtles and sting rays. We started fishing in an area with a lot of rocks, so we later moved down, as our hooks kept getting stuck on the rocks. I then caught two fish, so that was pretty cool. Lilly also took my phone, so she took some photos and videos. Sadly Chloe and Lilly didn't catch any fish, but Ailish caught one. But she sprained her ankle, so hopefully it's getting better. After a while of fishing, we went back to have lunch, which was chicken wraps. We didn't get anymore free time, as we were heading home soon after lunch. After lunch we got our names marked off on the roll, we thanked the staff, and then we got back on the buses. After an hour and a bit, we arrived back at school and we went. I really enjoyed camp, and I wish it went on for longer, as it was so fun. There are so many memories that I will think back to and laugh. I can't wait until next years camp! Finding Grace by Alyssa BrugmanThis is the novel I am currently studying in english, but it turned out to be a really good book, with interesting relationships formed as the story unfolds. It isn't something I would normally read, but I ended up enjoying it. 3. Sportsgirl BackpackThis is a very good backpack for going shopping or meeting up with friends, as it is big enough to fit everything, but small enough to not look bulky. I have used this a lot in the past few months, as it is such a versatile bag. I got it from Sportsgirl for $20 down from $60. 4. Mamee CorntosI have eaten these very yummy chips almost every day this month. They are a bit like small twisties, but with different flavouring. My favourite flavour is zesty barbeque. 5. Klepto CatsKleptocats is a free game for iphone and android, and the objective is to collect cats and get them to steal things for you. The cats are all very cute and the game is designed well. 6. The Body Shop Mango Body WhipSince it's winter now, I have been using this as my go to moisturiser, as it's easy and quick to apply. It also has a really nice scent that isn't too overpowering. 7. Lowes Mens SweatpantsYes, these are mens, but that doesn't matter. They are very comfortable, and are the right length for me, as well as the right size for my waist. Before I start, this recipe is from the doughnuts with a twist booklet from the better homes and gardens magazine, but I thought I would share it with you guys anyway. What you are going to need:Step 1First, preheat the oven to 180'C Step 2Place 3/4 cup of flour, 1/3 cup of caster sugar, 2 tsp of baking powder and 60g of melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Step 3Now add 1 egg and 120ml of milk into the bowl and whisk until smooth. Step 4Spoon the mixture into a ziplock bag (which I placed in a cup to make it easier) Step 5Grease your donut tray with spray oil Step 6Pipe out the mixture into your tray and put in the oven to cook for 10 minutes. Step 7Repeat step 5 and 6 as you make a total of 12 donuts Step 8Leave the donuts to cool before you ice them. Then add 3/4 cup of icing sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and 2 tsp of boiling water into a bowl and mix. Step 9Dip each donut into icing and sprinkles, then wait until the icing dries. Step 10Enjoy your donuts! What you are going to need:- 2 jars - A plate/box lid (anything that you think will be able to hold your perfume) - perfume - hot glue or PVA glue (I ended up using PVA) - black texta Step 1First figure out where you want to put each of the jars. I marked it out with a black texta when I found the right placement. Step 2Apply hot glue or PVA glue to the jars and push them onto the surface. Then after they dry for a bit, put more glue around the edges of the jars. Step 3Place a book on top of the jars and wait for them to completely dry for at least 24 hours. Step 4Now you're done! You can put whatever you want on it, but I chose to put my perfumes on it. Hope you guys enjoyed this post, even though it is a day late. Have a great week!
What you are going to need:- Adhesive paper (I got it from Officeworks for $10) - A printer - A computer Step 1Find the pictures you want to make into stickers. I found some ideas on red bubble, which included Dan and Phil, 5 Seconds of Summer, Maroon 5, Pokemon and Star Wars. Make sure you check the measurements so you can fit them in the spot you want. Step 2Print out the pictures onto the adhesive paper. Step 3Then all you have to do is cut them out and stick them wherever you want! I stuck mine on my laptop. Hope you guys enjoyed this post!
1. Avon Femme PerfumeI originally got this as samples in my Bella Box and I really like the scent. I wear it everyday, and I am considering buying the full size product. It's quite a fruity and flowery scent. You can get it from Avon for $30 2. Won't go home without you by Maroon 5 and Mr Brightside by The Killers3. NYX Eyebrow Cake PowderI only use three makeup products in the morning, and this is one of them. I love the coverage of this powder and it's really easy to apply with an angled brush. You can buy this at Target for $7 4. The Biltong Man Beef JerkyThis was one of my favourite snacks this month and I was eating this constantly! It's a great after gym snack and just in general! You can buy this at at The Biltong Man website (which I've linked below) for $7.50 each. 5. Cotton On Jeggings in Medium BlueThese jeggings were in another one of my posts (3 looks with one pair of jeans) and I have been wearing them a lot since that post. They are really easy to style as well as comfortable. You can get them from Cotton On for $25 6. Forza Motorsport 5I love this game and have been playing it a lot, especially last week. It's easy to play and is very fun! I have a review on it from last week, so check it out if you want. You can get this from EB Games preowned for $28 7. Room StylerI originally found this website on Buzzfeed and it's really fun! It's super easy to make a room on this website and it can help you design for a future bedroom or just for fun! This picture is one of the rooms I did. I linked the website below so it's easy to find. 8. Lush Brazilliant Shampoo BarThis a great alternative to normal shampoo, as it's cheaper and you can get up to 80 uses per bar! I recently tried this out and I am loving it so far! You can get it from Lush for $15 LookThe cars in this game look really realistic and clean. As you can see in this picture the cars look very shiny and glossy. The race tracks also look very nice and are not pixelated. Overall I give look a 9/10 GameplayThis game is quite easy to play, once you get the feel of it. You can turn on assists and adjust levels of difficulty depending on how experienced you are. There are a lot of different modes, like free play where you can rent cars and play split screen and career mode, where you race in a story mode setting. Overall I give gameplay a 9/10 Story lineIn Forza you can go into different modes, including career mode. This is where the storyline happens. You race different races and get money to unlock new cars. You also go up driving levels and unlock different tracks in other modes. There isn't much of a storyline, but it's still there. Overall I give storyline a 6/10 Overall this game is really fun and easy to play, so I give it a 9/10!

Today I will be starting my new series, where I show you my favourites for each month. This could be from games and music to makeup and skincare products. 1. Maybelline Mega Plush MascaraThis is my favourite mascara at the moment, because it curls my eyelashes, makes them longer and is not too expensive. You can get it from Target for about $20. 2. The Maze RunnerEach month I will also have a book I read each month, and the book I read this month was The Maze Runner. It was a bit boring at the beginning, but as I went on it got more and more interesting. It has a very unique storyline as well as good characterisation. The Maze Runner is about a boy called Thomas who arrives in the middle of a maze, called the Glade. He has no memory of his past life, just like everyone who came before him. The goal of all the gladers is to escape the maze. I bought this book from Dymocks for $14, but you could probably find it in a lot of bookstores. 3. UGH by The 1975 and English Love Affair by 5 Seconds of Summer4. Chick Kitchen 2This is a really fun game for the phone, where you use ingredients and kitchenware to "cook" eggs into different sorts of chickens. Different ingredients and kitchenware combined make different chickens, so you have to mix and match them together. One of my friends introduced me to this game, and even though it seems a bit, it's very fun. You can find this app in the Appstore for free! 5. Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit shoesThese have been one of my most worn things this month, as I wear them when I exercise, as well as with everyday outfits. They are very comfortable and light-weight, and since they are black, they also match with a lot of things. I got these from America, but you can find them at Rebel Sport for $120 6. Body Shop Strawberry Body MistThis has been my go to scent this month, as it smells really nice, as well as being lightweight. It smells just like strawberries. I got this from The Body Shop for $18 7. Supre Denim Coloured Anorak JacketThis jacket it good, because I can easily wear it with leggings and a t-shirt. It adds a bit of colour to an otherwise black and white outfit. I got this from Supre last year, so I'm not sure how much it is. 8. Lancome Eyelash CurlerI got this so many years ago, possibly 5 or 6, and I just started using it again. It is very good at curling your eyelashes so you look more awake and vibrant. I use this daily because it is so affective. I got this when I went to Europe in 2010 (possibly), but you could easily find another eyelash curler at Target, which would probably be good too. Hope you guys like the post, as well as the new layout of my blog :)
What you're going to need: -White fabric -2 rubber bands -Any colour of dye (I used black and purple) Step 1Prepare your fabric by ironing out the wrinkles and make sure it is cut to the right length. Step 2We are now going to start preparing our fabric for dyeing. First fold your fabric in half. Step 3Fold one corner of the fabric down onto the bottom of the fabric. Step 4This is the confusing part. First flip your fabric to the other side, so the triangle is folded on the other side. Then create a new triangle on this side, so it looks a bit like a square. Then continue this technique until you get to the end of your fabric. Step 5Now all you have to do is secure two rubber bands to the two side corners of your triangle. Step 6Now all you can actually start dyeing your fabric. So spray on or place your fabric into the dye, whatever suits you. Then leave it to dry for at least one hour before undoing the folds, then you're done! Now that you have dyed your fabric, you can turn it into anything you want! I will be turning mine into a small bag which I will use at the gym. Anyway hope you all enjoyed this post, and if anyone recreates this, then send me pictures of your finished product!
Sorry I didn't post last week, but this long weekend I will be doing two posts, one today and one on Monday, so look forward to that. What you are going to need: - Brownie box mix or recipe - 1 cup of icing sugar - 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder - 40g of butter - 1 tablespoon of milk Step 1First you want to make your brownies. I used a box mix, but you can use your own recipe if you want. Step 2Place the icing sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk together and combine them using an electric mixing. Once they are combined mix on medium for 2 minutes. Step 3Make sure to not cut up your brownies into squares. After they have cooled take them out of your tray and put them on a chopping board. Then cut out circles of brownies and put them on a plate. Make sure you leave a bit for later on. Step 4Once you have cut out all your circles, put icing on top of them all. Step 5Now cut out some triangles from the remainder of the brownies, and stick them on the tops of the brownies. Then use some sprinkles to make the eyes of the bunnies. And you're done! Before I start this post, I just want to say it has now been six months since starting my blog, so thank you so much for continuing to view it and because of this every week I have been getting around a hundred views! Hope you all enjoy today's post. LookThe graphics in this game are pretty good. There is also a lot of colour in this game, which make it look really nice and bright. The characters are quite unique and creative, like there is a sheep called Frita, that looks like a burger and chips, which I think is cool. The look of the houses and furniture are very well made. Overall i give it a 9/10 GameplayThe idea for this game is very creative. In the game you design houses and gardens for different animal crossing villagers. In the game you can also do public work site, which include shops, schools, hospitals and heaps more. It is very easy to learn how to play and is really fun. You can unlock new furniture pieces when you have a new client. Overall I give it a 10/10 Story lineIn the game you become an employee at Nook's homes in an animal crossing town. You have a lot of fellow employees including: Lottie, Digby, Lyle and Isabelle (who helps you with public work projects). Every day you get a new customer or public work project. Besides this, there isn't too much of a storyline, it's mainly at the beginning. Overall i give it a 6/10 This is a really fun game for all ages, that is easy to play. I would recommend this game for people who like decorating and who love all the animal crossing characters. I give the game 9/10 overall.
(These are in no particular order) 1. GleeGlee is about a group of high school misfits that all join together in a group where they can all fit in. They all learn about themselves and each other, and realise what their real dreams are. Lots of friendships and relationships are formed as well, which don't always go right. The glee club also goes in competitions and don't do too bad. I like this show because the characters are very diverse and well written. Also I learnt a lot of new songs that I had never heard before, so if you don't know much old music, this is a good way to learn about it. Also there are six seasons, so there is a lot to watch. 2. CommunityCommunity is about a study group in a community college, that isn't the best. The group was originally fake, but it grew into a very strong group of friends. Lots of relationships were made and broken, but that was what made the show interesting. There are annual events, like the paintball competitions, that made the group grow closer together. I recommend this show because it is very easy to watch, and it is really funny. There is also six seasons, so there is plenty to watch. It is not like any other show that I know of. 3. Will and GraceWill and grace is about a gay lawyer (Will) and a straight interior designer (Grace), and their friends Karen and Jack. The show tells the story of their lives, including relationships, friendships and more. It is quite an old show, but is still relevant to now. I love this show because it is easy to watch, and it is very funny. I also like the characters and how they interact with each other. Sadly this is the last Bella Box review, but don't worry, next month I will be starting to do my monthly favourites! 1. Physiogel Hypoallergenic Daily Moisture Therapy Body Wash for Dry, Sensitive SkinWhen I used this, at first it felt gross and sticky, but when I added some more water, it foamed up really well. It feels very moisturising before and after using it. It sadly doesn't have a scent, which is what I like the most about body washes. Overall I give it an 8/10 2. Avon Luxe Couture Creme Lipsticks in the shades Silky Apricot and Polished RoseThese lipsticks were very creamy and easy to apply. But I feel like they would slide off due to their creaminess. They also smell really good. The lighter shade was Silky Apricot and the darker shade was Polished Rose. I don't mind either shade, but they are a bit too pink for me. I would recommend Silky Apricot for day wear and Polished Rose for night wear. Overall I give them an 8/10 3. Nivea Anti-Perspirant Silk Touch DeodorantI really like that this is a travel size, so it will be easy to bring to school to use after PE. It has a very strong scent, so it would be able to mask bad smells. If one of your friends has asthma, this wouldn't be the best to use around them, as the scent is so strong. It leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshed. Overall I give it a 6/10 4. Designer Brands Kohl Eyeliner in the shade VioletThis eyeliner is very easy to apply to your waterline, but not as easy for you top lash line. The pigmentation is decent, but not amazing. I recommend this for people who want a cheap eyeliner that's reasonably good. Since it's in the colour violet, I most likely won't be wearing it much, but it's still fun to have. Overall I give it a 7/10 5. Swisse Micellar Makeup removerTo properly test this, I applied foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick and mascara to my face. It is really easy to use and mess free. But it does smell a bit weird and my face feels really gross after using it. It removed allot of my makeup, but I would still wash my face after using it. After using it I used a makeup remover wipe, and more makeup came off. So you may as well just use a makeup remover wipe. Overall I give it a 4/10 6. Hello Fresh $35 VoucherThis seems like a really good idea for people who don't have time to shop or plan meals. I haven't bought anything from this site yet, but it seems really easy to do and order. Overall I give it a 7/10 Hope you guys enjoyed this post!
